Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Treatment Coordinator based in both Canton and Alliance, OH. The Treatment Coordinator will be responsible for collaborating with patients to create and explain treatment plans, coordinating insurance documentation, delivering excellent customer service during patient interactions, and effectively communicating treatment options and procedures. The role also includes working closely with the orthodontic team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in Treatment Planning and knowledge of orthodontic or dental care services is preferred but not required.
- Experience in any form of Sales is preferred.
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to provide a positive patient experience
- A background in Dental Care or a related healthcare field is preferred but not required
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
