40 Hours/week | Starting 2/2 for 3 month duration
4 years experience as RD 1 year experience working with elderly population required
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

Clinical Food Service duties
This is an opportunity for a rewarding assignment in Modesto, CA. This area offers a lower cost of living and relaxed Central Valley lifestyle while being just a short drive away from Yosemite, Napa and the Bay Area.
Key Duties
- Assess and document the nutritional needs of each participant in accordance with agency policies and procedures
- Evaluate the nutritional component of the program; determines the nature and extent of nutritional needs and problems of the target population.
- Represent the nutrition department at interdisciplinary meetings
- Maintains standards for the following agencies: facility, Federal, State Department of Health, County Department of Health and any other applicable regulatory agency standards
- Consult with individuals and families and assist in developing healthy eating goals and provide ongoing nutrition education and resources
- Position may require travel within the center’s geographic region
- Ability to perform work independently with minimal training
- Demonstrates accountability for the proper use of patients’ protected health information
- Current Registered Dietitian credentialed by CDR
- Valid driver’s license
