Position Overview:
We’re seeking a high-performing Marketing Specialist to join our fast-paced, data-driven startup team. In this dynamic role, you’ll bring versatility and creativity across email marketing, content development, social media management, and light graphic design—playing a key part in how we scale with speed and precision.
This is a unique opportunity to make an immediate impact, take ownership of high-visibility channels, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive meaningful, measurable business growth.
- Build, test, and optimize email marketing campaigns in Pardot
- Create reusable email templates using HTML/CSS and Pardot dynamic content
Set up segmentation, automation, and lead nurture workflows - Analyze performance and drive improvements in CTR, CTOR, and conversions
- Create and maintain a monthly social media content calendar
- Write, design, schedule, and post across LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
- Track engagement and adjust strategy based on performance insights
- Stay ahead of trends to keep our content fresh and relevant
- Write compelling content for emails, social, blogs, press releases and partner materials
- Collaborate with the partner team, recruitment team, and sales team to support messaging needs
- Ensure consistency in tone and brand across all touchpoints
- Create light marketing assets using Adobe InDesign, Canva.
- Help with updates on downloadable partner content
- Create social graphics, and simple partner graphics
- Work with Director of Marketing when needed to scale creative efforts

Qualifications & Core Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline (preferred)
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in digital and content marketing within fast-paced environments
- Advanced proficiency in Pardot, including strategic email marketing, HTML/CSS development, and campaign automation
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling capabilities, with a keen ability to tailor messaging across platforms and audiences
- Well-versed in social media management tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, and similar scheduling platforms
- Adept in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, with a sharp eye for visual detail and layout
- Meticulous in organization and execution, demonstrating consistent attention to detail and follow-through
- Play a pivotal role on a rapidly growing marketing team where your ideas aren’t just welcomed — they shape our direction
- Collaborate across functions, from marketing automation and campaign strategy to brand design and content innovation

Compensation:
- Base Salary: $65,000 annually
