Overview:

The Store Manager will be responsible for growing our brand awareness in the New York City market, developing a strong business and leading a team. Aswell as overseeing the operation of the store ensuring maximum sales and profitability through merchandise, inventory, expense control, and managing operating costs.

Your main responsibilities will be :

• The overall function and management of the store on a day-to-day basis
• Achieving high operational and merchandising standards
• Hyper focused on long term business with an emphasis on clienteling & client outreach
• The achievement of sales goals and maximizing productivity by understanding and analyzing store business needs and executing needed actions to achieve business results
• Ability to self-manage and navigate through ambiguity
• Setting a positive and productive environment by building a high-performance team and creating a premium selling culture
• Participate in all aspects of store operations, including recruiting and training store associates, co-coordinating store logistics, and working with store team to ensure store is fully operational
• Lead the team in performing omni channel services and initiatives

Salary Range: $125k-$130k
