This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Supervisor at Diesel's Aventura, FL location. The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing sales associates, ensuring excellent customer service, and meeting sales targets. Additional duties include training and motivating team members, analyzing sales performance, and maintaining store standards. The Sales Supervisor will play a key role in driving the success of the store and enhancing the customer shopping experience.
