Job Description:
Diesel Tech Performance is a heavy-duty repair shop in Jefferson, GA. We service trucks, trailers. We take pride in accurate diagnosis, clean work, and getting customers back on the road.
What you’ll do:
- Diagnose and repair heavy-duty diesel engines, drivetrains, brakes, electrical, aftertreatment systems
- Perform preventive maintenance and DOT inspections
- Document your work clearly on repair logs
- Keep your work area and tools organized and safe
What we’re looking for:
- Diesel technology training, a diploma, or equivalent hands-on experience
- Experience with Volvo, Cummins, Detroit Diesel, Bendex, Allison, Eaton]
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50lbs and work in confined spaces
- Reliable transportation and good attendance
Nice to have:
- ASE certifications (T2, T4, T6, T7, or T8)
- Experience with aftertreatment and DEF systems
- Experience with fleet or commercial accounts

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00AM–5:00PM, [occasional Saturday if needed]

Education:
- Associate (Preferred)
Experience:
- heavy-duty repair: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
- ASE A1 Engine Repair Certification (Required)
