Diesel Pickup Specialists has been a trusted name in diesel pickup repair for over 22 years. We are a family-owned, award-winning independent repair facility specializing in Ford Power Stroke, Ram Cummins, and Chevrolet/GMC Duramax pickups.

The Position

We are looking for an experienced Diesel Technician who can confidently diagnose and repair diesel pickups and is looking for a stable, long-term place to work.

This is a true bumper-to-bumper technician position. Our work includes:

· Diesel diagnostics and drivability

· Electrical diagnosis and repair

· Fuel and air-management systems

· Engine and powertrain repair

· Emissions and aftertreatment systems

· Steering, suspension and chassis repair

· Maintenance and DOT inspections

· Performance and reliability upgrades

We work primarily on Power Stroke, Cummins and Duramax-powered pickups, from older trucks to current models.

Alignment experience is a plus but is not required. We have invested in Hunter alignment equipment and will provide training.

What We’re Looking For

The right technician will have:

· Professional automotive or diesel repair experience

· Strong diagnostic and problem-solving ability

· Experience using modern diagnostic and shop equipment

· Their own professional tools and toolbox

· A valid driver’s license and clean driving record

· Pride in doing the job correctly

· Good communication and a team-first attitude

Diesel pickup experience is strongly preferred. ASE certifications are a plus, but we also support technicians who want to continue their training and certifications.

Most importantly, we’re looking for an experienced technician who can take ownership of a job—from diagnosis through a quality completed repair.

Compensation & Benefits

· $30–$34/hr starting rate, based on experience

· 40-hour weekly guarantee

· Additional earning opportunity based on billed-hour production

· No weekends — Monday through Friday, 8:00–5:30
