Experience and Education:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 1 year of Parts Experience- Heavy Equipment experience preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fulfills customer orders
- Knowledge of equipment from all DMI carrier brands
- Maintains a high level of customer service through in-person interaction and phone calls
- Analyzes stocks, estimates usage, and prepares order forms
- Troubleshoot customer parts problems and identify solutions
- Create an environment of efficiency and enjoyment
