- Lead and inspire a team of talented barbers and stylists, fostering a positive and collaborative atmosphere.
- Oversee daily salon operations, ensuring smooth scheduling, efficient client flow, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
- Provide exceptional hair cutting, styling, and grooming services to clients, embodying the Diesel Barbershop standard of excellence.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Handle client inquiries, appointments, and feedback with professionalism and care.
- Assist in hiring, training, and mentoring new team members, sharing best practices and upholding brand values.
- Contribute to marketing efforts and community engagement to drive business growth.
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Cosmetology or Barbering License (Required).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a licensed stylist or barber.
- Demonstrated leadership or management experience within a salon/barbershop setting.
- Strong understanding of salon operations, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
