What You’ll Need to Succeed

• A valid driver’s license and willingness to drive up to 25 miles to a client’s home

• Reliable transportation and current auto insurance (required for client transport)

• Ability to pass a background check, MVR check, and drug screening (Safety-sensitive position. Pre-employment drug screening required)

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English

• At least 18 years old

What You’ll Do

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)

• Support clients with dementia or memory care needs

• Prepare meals based on dietary needs

• Drive clients to appointments or errands

• Offer medication reminders

• Perform light housekeeping tasks

• Help with daily routines that keep clients safe and independent
