The Quality Compliance Specialist is a mid-level role responsible for managing quality compliance activities, product verification, and corrective action coordination across the organization. This position serves as the central point of contact for quality matters, working collaboratively across departments to ensure consistent quality standards and regulatory compliance.
General Responsibilities:
- Perform product inspections and verify compliance with customer specifications.
- Manage Certificates of Conformity, quality documentation, and corrective actions.
- Coordinate investigations, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Partner with Engineering, Production, and other teams to maintain the highest quality standards and support internal and external audits.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of quality assurance or quality control experience (manufacturing preferred)
- Experience with product inspections and measurement equipment
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Oracle/ERP experience is a plus)
