Diehl of Butler is seeking an experienced Parts Department Manager to lead our busy and growing operation. We are looking for a driven professional with a proven background in Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram (CDJR), Toyota, and Volkswagen (VW) parts management.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the parts department, including inventory control, purchasing, and staff supervision.
Develop and implement efficient processes to maximize department productivity and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with service and sales departments to ensure seamless support for both retail and wholesale customers.
Train, mentor, and manage parts staff to achieve departmental goals.
Monitor financial performance, budgets, and vendor relationships.
Qualifications:
Prior Management Experience In a Dealership Parts Department Required.
Strong knowledge of CDJR, Toyota, and VW parts systems and processes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage a high-volume operation.

Salary : $80,000 - $115,000
