Responsibilities
- Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on CDJR vehicles using OEM tools and equipment.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and time spent on each job.
- Stay up to date with latest CDJR technologies, repair procedures, and service bulletins.
- Ensure compliance with dealership and manufacturer safety and quality standards.
- Certified Master Technician status preferred, with extensive experience working specifically on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles.
- Strong diagnostic skills using computerized diagnostic tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
