What You'll Do:
- Assist sales representatives in answering inbound sales calls, emails, and internet leads promptly and professionally.
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers and schedule sales appointments.
- Maintain accurate notes in the CRM system (Tekion).
- Work closely with Sales Associates to make sure sales leads and tasks are being completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Work closely with Sales Managers to discuss lead performance and meet dealership goals.
- Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term relationships.
- Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-player mindset.
- Prior customer service or phone sales experience preferred (automotive is a plus).
- Comfortable using phones, email, and computer systems.
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
- Base pay monthly bonuses and commission.
