Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Provide prompt, professional, and courteous service to clients via phone, email, and in person
Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, coverage explanations, and claims support
Process endorsements, renewals, certificates of insurance, and other policy-related requests
Review policies for accuracy and completeness
Follow up on pending transactions and client requests to ensure timely resolution
Support producers/agents with quoting and cross-selling insurance products (Auto, Home, Life, Commercial, etc.)
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the agency management system
Assist in retention efforts by addressing client concerns and improving overall customer experience
Requirements
Previous customer service experience (insurance experience preferred)
Active Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and agency management systems
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
