Experienced Plaintiff’s Employment Law Attorney – Remote (California)
A dynamic and fast-growing plaintiff-side employment law firm is seeking a highly experienced litigation attorney to join our team. We are looking for someone with a minimum of five years of hands-on experience litigating single plaintiff employment cases on behalf of employees, ideally at a plaintiff’s-side law firm.
This role is ideal for a litigator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is comfortable handling a full caseload independently—from client intake through trial.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 5 years of plaintiff-side employment litigation experience
- Strong knowledge of California employment law, including FEHA, wrongful termination, and wage and hour
- Proven success in handling depositions, mediations, arbitrations, law and motion practice, and trials
- Ability to manage and advance cases independently with minimal supervision
- Experience supervising and mentoring junior associates, paralegals, and support staff
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills; excellent attention to detail
- Experience from a reputable plaintiff’s employment firm is highly preferred
- Big law experience is a plus, if combined with plaintiff-side litigation
Position Details
- Fully remote position (must reside in California)
- Must be available to travel for depositions, court appearances, and hearings in Southern California
- Immediate availability preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary (commensurate with experience and starting off at $140,000.00 plus performance based bonuses) with the right candidates earning over $350,000.00 a year on a consistent basis.
