Project coordination and execution
- Assist with the creation and execution of project plans and schedules.
- Coordinate project activities and tasks, including assigning duties to staff as needed.
- Track project progress and ensure it stays on schedule.
- Monitor project performance and identify potential issues or risks.
- Assist with project closeout activities.
Communication and reporting
- Communicate with team members, stakeholders, and clients to gather information and provide updates.
- Prepare project status reports and presentations.
- Help maintain positive client relationships and address any concerns.
- Schedule and manage meetings, calendars, and other communications.
Administrative and financial support
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, organizing documents, and preparing invoices and estimates.
- Assist with managing and maintaining the project budget and spending.
- Help with resource allocation and management.
Problem-solving and process improvement
- Consult with project managers and other stakeholders to solve problems as they arise.
- Research information needed for the project.
- Identify areas for improvement in project processes and recommend solutions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $33.00 - $50.00 per hour
