What You Will Do
- Supervise, assign, and inspect janitorial work to ensure quality standards are met
- Train, coach, and support staff; address performance issues as needed
- Ensure adequate staffing by monitoring attendance, tardiness, and timecards
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment; submit repair and supply requests
- Ensure safety by monitoring proper equipment use and adherence to policies
- Collaborate with Rehabilitation staff to ensure program plans and accommodations are followed
- Assist with interviewing and recommending candidates for hire
- Complete required documentation and maintain all required Didlake training
Qualifications:
What You Bring
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of custodial experience in a supervisory role
Skills & Abilities
- Experience using industrial cleaning products and equipment
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to supervise, train, and support employees with disabilities
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
- Ability to pass a background investigation and security clearance, includes a Child Care National Agency Check with Written Inquiries (CNACI).
