What You Will Do
- Clean offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize assigned spaces.
- Empty trash and recycling and restock supplies.
- Safely operate custodial equipment and cleaning products.
- Follow quality standards, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Report equipment or facility issues to your supervisor.
- Work collaboratively with your team to deliver exceptional service.

What You Bring
Education & Experience
- High school diploma/GED preferred or six (6) months of custodial or housekeeping experience.
Skills & Abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to safely use cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Ability to obtain required background clearance or facility access credentials, if required.
- Have a valid driver's license and be insurable under Didlake's automobile policy. Requirements include but are not limited to a minimum of 3 years of licensed driving and being at least 25 years old.
- Must have a valid Real ID for access to the work site.
