What You Will Do
- Clean and maintain work areas, restrooms, and common spaces in offices or other establishments.
- Sweep, scrub, wax, and polish floors using brooms, mops, and powered machines.
- Vacuum rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
- Dust and polish furniture, equipment, fixtures, and metalwork.
- Wash walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills.
- Empty wastebaskets, ashtrays, and transport trash to disposal areas.
- Replenish restroom supplies and maintain clean restroom fixtures, floors, and walls.
- Follow safety standards and procedures when using equipment and performing tasks.
- Report maintenance issues or damage to your supervisor and requisition supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with your team and demonstrate positive conduct and professionalism.
- Complete required training and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
What You Bring
Education & Experience
- High School diploma or GED, or six (6) months of custodial experience.
- United States citizenship.
- Ability to obtain and maintain required credentials/background checks.
- Must have a valid Real Id for access to the work site.
