Hours: Monday–Thursday, 3:00PM - 1:00 AM ( $2/hour shift premium for 2nd shift)
Starting Pay: $22-$24/hour

What You’ll Do
As a Packaging Operator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our products are packed and shipped with precision and care. Your day-to-day will include:
- Monitoring packing equipment and systems to keep production running smoothly
- Troubleshooting and maintaining pack line machinery
- Supporting warehouse operations, including forklift use and loading/unloading shipments
- Performing quality checks and preparing samples for testing
- Completing paperwork and data entry for shipped loads
- Deep cleaning lines between production runs
- Growing your skills through training and development opportunities
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience (technical training is a plus)
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate a forklift (or willingness to learn)
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred, especially in food-safe environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Physical ability to lift 55 lbs, climb ladders, and work in varying conditions (hot, cold, dusty)
- Commitment to safety and teamwork
