Ethanol Load Out Operator

Join Didion as an Ethanol Load Out Operator, a hands-on role that ensures safe, accurate, and efficient loading of industrial alcohol and ethanol co-products. This is an entry-level position with clear opportunities to learn, grow, and advance within the plant.

1st shift (5:30am-3:30pm) with overtime requirements

Monday - Friday with on call rotation every 4 weeks

Compensation: $20-$24/hour

What You’ll Do

• Follow all safety and housekeeping procedures
• Support loading of trucks and railcars
• Take product samples and help ensure quality standards
• Monitor process flows and troubleshoot issues
• Operate forklifts, lifts, and other equipment
• Perform basic inspections and preventative maintenance
• Complete required paperwork and data entry
  
  

What You Bring

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• End Loader experiece preferred
• Ability to follow established processes and work independently
• Positive team attitude and willingness to learn
• Basic computer skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Work in hot, cold, dusty, and noisy environments
• Lift 55 lbs repeatedly
• Climb stairs and ladders frequently
• Work safely at heights and in confined spaces
