Position Summary:
As an Production Process Technician at our Cambria, WI location, you will play a crucial role in our sustainable biofuel production process. You will be responsible for operating and monitoring production equipment, ensuring quality control and safety standards, troubleshooting production issues, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with team members to optimize processes.
- Compensation: $24-$27 per hour (based on experience)
- $5,000 sign-on bonus
Available shifts:
- Sunday - Tuesday and every other Saturday
- Wednesday - Friday and every other Saturday
Hours:
- 6am-6pm
- 6pm-6am - $3.00 per hour shift premium and extra 40 hours of PTO for nights
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- Experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work night shifts
