Associate, Customer Service

As an Associate in Customer Service, you’ll be the face of our store, helping customers find the perfect party supplies and toys while ensuring they leave with a smile. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and interacting with customers to provide exceptional service.
• Assisting customers in finding products and answering their questions.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
• Operating the cash register and handling transactions accurately.
• Restocking shelves and ensuring products are displayed attractively.
• Collaborating with team members to create a fun and efficient work atmosphere.

We’re seeking someone who thrives in a customer-facing role and has a passion for helping others. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or retail role.
• Customer Interaction Skills: A friendly, approachable demeanor and the ability to engage with customers of all ages.
• Team Player: Willingness to work collaboratively with others to achieve store goals.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain a tidy and organized workspace.
