Traffic Manager
Didax, Inc. provides teachers throughout the world with high quality, hands-on learning materials. The Traffic Manager position is a crucial position that helps ensure we’re meeting the needs of our customers.
Responsibilities and Duties
As a Traffic Manager, you will:
Facilitate all outgoing and incoming LTL shipments.
Coordinate with other site Managers to prepare products for scheduled shipments in a timely manner.
Physically prepare shipments (i.e. shrink wrapping, strapping, labeling, etc.)
Enter detailed information/tracking into our ERP system.
Coordinate with Distribution Warehouse Manager on flow of inventory between different sites.
Manage LTL and Parcel vendors, file freight claims as necessary.
Process RMA’s, Receive Purchase Orders and liaise with Customer Service on various requests.
Ensure accuracy of orders and verify incoming goods against packing lists.
Assist in warehouse activities on an as needed basis and any other task that may be assigned.
Assist in the loading and unloading of trucks
Requirements
Highly organized with high attention to detail.
Strong math, computer skills, verbal and written communication skills required.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
High School Diploma
Forklift experience desired, but not necessary. Will train.
Bilingual a plus.

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
