- You support our Managing Director in administrative matters and serve as the central service contact for all employees in our office in Reston.
- You implement new internal processes and manage them professionally: from the general onboarding of new employees to the procurement of new hardware and controlling of performance records.
- You are responsible for creating monthly invoices and for checking incoming and outgoing invoices.
- Classic assistant tasks such as correspondence, appointment coordination, protocol keeping, result monitoring, and independent creation of topic-oriented presentations, decision templates, and reports are among your recurring activities.
- You take on the independent planning, preparation, and execution of activities and events.
- You have several years of experience as an assistant and hold a completed vocational training or degree.
- The unique combination of your professional expertise and your communicative, confident, and diplomatic demeanor allows you to confidently interact both at higher management levels and with business partners.
- In addition to your attention to detail and creative intuition, you also benefit from your proficient use of the MS Office suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- You are open to new challenges, which you approach with a goal-oriented and hands-on mentality.
- You shine with your professional and polite demeanor, have good time management skills, are capable of self-organization, and are team-oriented.
