These roles focus on end-to-end requirements engineering, including system definition, stakeholder alignment, governance, and standards-driven development. While work in regulated and safety-critical contexts is part of the scope, the positions are designed for long-term flexibility and reuse across different automotive programs, not a single system or customer.

  • Create and maintain reports on the current status of requirements management
  • Plan and conduct reviews such as traceability and quality reviews
  • Create, analyze, and communicate maturity metrics across specifications, architecture, integration, and verification
  • Support internal processes related to requirements management and contribute to process documentation
  • Support the configuration, maintenance, and effective use of the requirements management toolchain, including PTC Codebeamer
  • Coordinate requirements-related documentation and track changes through defined governance processes
  • Identify and drive process improvements within the development environment

  • Draft and update requirements based on stakeholder and technical input
  • Support change requests and governance workflows
  • Work within Codebeamer, Confluence, and Jira on a daily basis
  • Build domain knowledge across different automotive systems over time

Typical background:
