Description:
- Manage and oversee terminal operations
- Manage and Supervise employees and their performance
- Report team member performance, progress and disciplinary measures to management and HR
- Direct, Coach and delegate to the other team members on assigned duties
- Train and Lead team members on new processes, polices, rules and regulations

Guiding employees to ensure on-time and quality network schedules are met and
improved when needed - Staffing co-ordination and scheduling
- Audit employees work: labelling, processing, loading, unloading and sorting
- Implementing and maintaining corporate and operational policies and procedures.
- Special Projects and Daily Reporting; Performance and Productivity, Daily operations, etc.
- Operational problem solving
- Communicate with HR Department and Management
- Ensure health and safety of employees and the terminal
- Promoting and Displaying a safe working environment
- HS Diploma or Equivalent required, College an asset.
- Minimum five years’ experience in a management role
- Minimum five years’ experience within transportation industry

- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
