DiClemente Siegel Design Inc. a dynamic engineering and architecture firm, is looking for an experienced IT Specialist to join our Southfield, MI office. This hands-on role is perfect for an IT generalist with experience in troubleshooting, supporting users, and maintaining office technology systems, policy and procedures.
As part of our team, you’ll ensure smooth daily IT operations, support software critical to our architectural and engineering workflows and help maintain our network and equipment.

Minimum Requirements:
- 4 years’ experience in IT support or similar role, preferably within an onsite office environment
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience with setting up and maintaining workstations, printers, plotters, and other office equipment
- Strong understanding of IT policies and procedures
- Familiarity with Autodesk software use, loading, and licensing (AutoCAD and Revit preferred)
- Experience managing and implementing IT systems in a professional services or AEC (architecture, engineering, construction) environment is highly desirable
- Can work onsite in Southfield, MI
- Maintain an active software and equipment list including condition and replacement schedules
- Set up, configure, and maintain workstations, printers, plotters, software installations and other office equipment for the team
- Assign IT licenses to team members
- Uphold and maintain company IT policies, procedures, and system documentation
- Review PC software descriptions to identify computers that match requirements
- Maintain the daily office equipment
- Use Autodesk and Scanner products in daily operations
- Provide technical support and resolve technical issues to staff as the primary contact
