Job Description:
Dicky's RV Park is looking for a dynamic, guest experience-focused, on-site specialist. The right candidate must understand the dynamics of balancing compliance and safety with exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
Essential duties include:
- Guest check-in/out
- Book reservations for short and long term stays
- Answer phone calls
- Ensure guest payments are complete
- Park compliance
- Guest concerns and incident responses
- Vendor relationships and accountability
- Reporting and partnership with corporate office
- Partnership with maintenance
- Create consistent documentation
- Concierge style customer service
- Clear and effective communication with guests, visitors, peers, leadership, and vendors.
- Assist with basic cleaning of facilities and property
Preferred Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively, orally and written
- 3 years customer service experience preferred (hospitality a plus)
- Experience in property management needed
SCHEDULE:
Position is starting part-time Tuesday-Saturday 10AM-2PM then will go to full-time during busy season
