Job Description
We are a mid-sized law firm representing businesses and individuals in the areas of real estate, land use, construction, probate, and business law. We are seeking an attorney to join the firm full-time and may hire for either the Seattle, Tacoma, or Olympia locations.
Candidates should have strong academic credentials, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a commitment to deliver exceptional client service to every client, every time. The ideal candidate will have three or more years of public or private sector experience with real estate (transactions, commercial leasing, title, HOAs, CCRs, easements, and similar agreements) and business (entity formation, contract drafting, corporate governance) law.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Juris Doctorate from accredited law school.
- Admittance and good standing with the Washington State Bar Association.
- In-office or hybrid workers preferred; Must reside in Washington or Oregon.
- 3 years' experience practicing real estate and/or business law.
- Candidates must have experience with hourly billing and case management.

Salary : $130,000 - $1,100,000
