Candidates must have 4 – 6 years’ experience representing lenders in drafting commercial loan documents (including loan agreements and security documents) and closing commercial loans that are secured principally by personal property. Successful candidates must have a strong business and entrepreneurial sense, be proactive, with strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and issue resolution skills, along with a demonstrated commitment to teamwork and client service and the ability to effectively manage internal and external client and counsel relationships and multiple files and competing deadlines. Please note that a variety of factors determine compensation, including geographic location, experience, relevant degrees and certifications, and other applicable factors authorized by law. This position also qualifies for an annual merit-based bonus.
