Residential Program Manager - Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) - Elk County, PA
The IDD Residential Program Manager is directly responsible for the day to day operations of the Residential programs, including three Residential Homes and the Adult Day Treatment Program. The Residential program provides residential services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Elk County. The IDD Residential Program Manager supervises staff, collaborates with internal and external stakeholders, monitors financial performance, and ensures that services delivered meet agency and regulatory standards
Position Qualifications
Education / Experience
Master Degree from an accredited college and one year work experience working directly with persons with disabilities
OR
Bachelors Degree from an accredited college and 2 years working directly with persons with disabilities
