Dickinson Center, Inc. has provided a continuum of mental health, intellectual disability and Children's Preventative service in Northwestern Pennsylvania since 1958. We are a progressive, non-profit organization with almost 200 employees and an annual operating budget of nearly $10 million.

Dickinson Center has an opening for a **Behavioral Health Worker** in its **Community and School Based** (CSBBH) program. The Behavioral Health Worker works closely with the Mental Health Professional and Behavioral Health Worker counterpart to provide direct treatment services to children, adolescents, and families.

**POSITION QUALIFICATIONS**

**Education/Experience**

• A bachelor's degree in a Human Services field with 2 years of paid experience in a clinical setting.
• In lieu of the 4-year degree requirement, may include students pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW) who are in their senior year, have completed at least 30 credits in social work-required courses, and have completed short field experiences (requirements for the BSW degree) at the time of hire. The required 450-hour internship that counts for course credit may be completed during their employment a CSBBH provider.
  
  

**Certifications, Licenses & Other Requirements**

• This position is a full-time, 40-hour/week position and requires on-call and some non-traditional work hours.
• Possess a current and valid driver's license issued by your state of residence and be able to operate an agency and/or personal vehicle safely during various weather patterns whether it be daytime or nighttime.
• Be at least 21 years of age and have a driving record that meets the requirements of the DCI Vehicle Fleet Policy.
• Have reliable transportation, as the job requires use of employee's personal vehicle.
