• Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Take customer orders accurately and confidently.
• Slice and weigh smoked meats using a carving knife while maintaining proper portion control.
• Communicate clearly with cashiers and fellow Pit Crew members to ensure orders are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with preparing side dishes, bagging to-go orders, and maintaining a clean service line.
• Keep the serving station stocked, organized, and food-safe throughout the shift.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and company procedures at all times.
• Deliver a positive guest experience, even during busy meal periods.

Pay: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour
