Demolition Production Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized Production Coordinator to support daily operations for a fast-paced demolition company. Construction industry experience is preferred, but demolition-specific experience is not required.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-accountability environment, can manage multiple moving parts at once, and enjoys building efficient systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate permits, regulatory filings, and utility locates (Blue Stake and NESHAP)
- Maintain schedules for crews, equipment, trucking, and foremen
- Dispatch hauling and confirm daily coverage
- Manage project onboarding, insurance documents, contracts, and vendor compliance
- Coordinate badging, background checks, travel, and per diem for field crews
- Maintain project trackers, schedules, and operational reporting
- Review daily field reports and update scheduling accordingly
- Support accounting with receipt coding and job cost tracking
- Improve workflows using AI, automation tools, spreadsheets, and process improvements
Qualifications
- Construction or related operations experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to prioritize and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable managing deadlines and coordinating across multiple teams
- Strong communication and follow-through
- Experience with spreadsheets, scheduling systems, and digital tools
- Tech-savvy mindset with interest in process improvement and automation is a plus
