Business Development Representatives are the dealership's frontline. In most cases you are the first to interact with the customer. This comes through inbound calls, inbound chats, and mostly a high volume of outbounds to warm leads. The primary goal is to build value in the dealership, ask/answer questions, and ultimately sell the customer on visiting the store.

Duties
- Daily outbound calls, texts, and emails to warm prospective customers.
- Engaging conversations, understanding customers want/needs, and presenting the visit as the solution.
- Mining prospects and generating store opportunities.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions using CRM software.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries promptly, and professionally.
- Support sales initiatives by scheduling appointments that show up.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to conduct outbound campaigns with enthusiasm and persistence
- Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to furthering the relationship with the customer.
Compensation
- 18/hour Commission/Bonus (No Cap). Realistic first year earning of 45,000 up to $60,000 for high performers.
Schedule:
- 5 day, 40 hour week.
- 8:30am to 5:30pm or 10am to 7pm. Varies.
- Rotating Saturdays.
