What You'll Do
- Assist customers and technicians in identifying and ordering the correct parts.
- Answer phone calls and provide parts information and pricing.
- Maintain accurate inventory and help stock incoming parts.
- Process parts orders, returns, and warranties.
- Work closely with the service department to ensure timely parts availability.
- Keep the parts department organized, clean, and efficient.
- Learn manufacturer parts catalogs and dealership software to quickly locate the right parts.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
- Valid Michigan driver's license with a good driving record.
- Automotive or parts experience is a plus, but not required—we're happy to train the right person!
