May perform any combination of tasks related to the planting, cultivating, and processing of fruit and vegetable crops including, but not limited to, driving, operating, adjusts and maintains farm machines, preparing soil, planting, pruning, weeding, thinning, spray and apply general use, or any restricted use pesticides under the direct supervision of a certified applicator, irrigating, mowing, harvesting, grading, packing. May be exposed to extreme temperatures and work may include: frequent stooping, extensive walking, pulling, and pushing, repetitive movements. Applicants must be able to repeatedly list 50 pounds. May use hand tools such as shovel, pruning saw, and hoe. Also greenhouse activities, planting, watering and moving within greenhouse during the early part of employment. 1 months experience in work listed required.
