General Manager Assistant - Vancouver WA | Dick Hannah Dealerships

We are seeking a dedicated and organized General Manager Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the General Manager as well as our dealership departments. The ideal candidate will excel in multitasking, have strong communication skills, and demonstrate a keen attention to detail.

General Manager Assistant Compensation and Benefits: 

General Manager Assistant Competitive Salary: $27-$35 per hour.

Generous Paid Time Off (PTO):We prioritize work-life balance, offering industry-leading PTO. New full-time employees accrue 4 hours per pay period, totaling approximately 96 hours in the first year, with increases over time.

General Manager Assistant Responsibilities:

• Providing administrative support to dealership departments. 

• Review and maintain schedules. 

• Audit the trend for month end. 

• Post incentives from manufacturer. 

• Set up/Review month end accruals. 

• Funding, heat sheet. 

• Dealertrack compliance. 

• Spiff/Bonus/Commission processing/auditing. 

• Order Supplies. 

• Drop checks or cash in the safe as needed. 

• Maintain dealership Customer Privacy Policy. 

General Manager Assistant Qualifications:

• Excellent communication. 

• Physical ability to use computer hardware/software. 

• Team player, willing to work in a team-oriented process, with a positive attitude. 

• Ability to multi-task 

• Ability to work alone, self motivate and manage one’s own time. 

• Organized and extremely detail oriented. 

• General math skills. 

• Research skills. 

• Ability to prioritize. 

• Basic knowledge of dealership operations and/or office/clerical experience.
