Sales Associates enjoy a consistent schedule with two days off in a row and no bell-to-bell shifts.
Compensation And Benefits
Competitive Pay: This commission-based position starts at 10% commission on front and back end. Expected monthly compensation of $10,000-$15,000 per month for top 1/3 of sales performers.

Responsibilities:
- Sell/lease and deliver a minimum of 10 units per month.
- Approach, greet, and assist customers in the showroom or on the lot.
- Present and explain product features, benefits, and performance.
- Offer and facilitate test drives, following dealership procedures.
- Utilize the dealership’s sales control and follow-up system.
- Provide an exceptional level of customer satisfaction.
- Comply with all federal, state, and local laws governing retail automobile sales.
- Participate in product and sales training.
- Maintain reliable attendance and professionalism.
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience with a proven record of high performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales ability with closing and relationship-building skills.
- Team player with a positive, professional attitude.
- Computer proficiency and ability to use dealership software.
- Clean driving record, insurable with company insurance.
