Description
Dick Broadcasting Company – Greenville/New Bern/Jacksonville is seeking an energetic, detail-driven, creative Promotions & Web Coordinator to join our four-station cluster. If you excel at organization, love thinking outside the box, and have a strong grasp of digital platforms, we want to hear from you! Ideal candidates have experience in digital media, web & graphic design, and a variety of interactive tools.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute on-air, social media, and digital/interactive giveaways
• Track all winners via VCreative
• Write contest proposals for LiveNation and additional partners, keep a spreadsheet approved tickets, transfer tickets in a timely winner
• Coordinate station events from planning to execution
• Manage prize fulfillment, including pick-up, mailing, and tracking
• Collaborate with management and sales to meet promotional and revenue goals
• Schedule and coordinate talent and equipment for remotes and events
• Create and maintain the comprehensive promotions calendar
• Foster audience engagement across all social media platforms
Requirements
Requirements:
• Proficiency in managing websites and social media channels, Google Docs- Slides, & Canva
• Understanding of all applicable FCC rules; ensure all contests follow FCC guidelines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Positive attitude with the ability to motivate and contribute to a team environment
• Strong multitasking abilities and comfort working under evolving deadlines in a fast-paced setting
