What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shuttle Driver position at Dick Anderson Construction?
Dick Anderson Construction is seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Shuttle Bus Driver to provide transportation for employees working on our project at the Yellowstone Club. This position will primarily be responsible for shuttling employees from the main gate/entrance of the Yellowstone Club to the Dick Anderson Construction jobsite and back throughout the workday.
Responsibilities
- Safely shuttle employees between the Yellowstone Club main entrance and the DAC jobsite
- Follow the established shuttle schedule and route
- Safely load and unload passengers at designated locations
- Perform basic pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain a clean and safe shuttle vehicle
- Follow all traffic laws, Yellowstone Club requirements, and DAC safety policies
- Communicate with the project team regarding transportation needs, delays, or schedule changes
- Report vehicle maintenance or safety concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- CDL or Chauffeur’s License required
- Don't have a Chauffeur’s License yet? DAC is willing to assist the right candidate with obtaining Chauffeur’s License, if needed.
- Dependable and punctual with the ability to maintain a consistent schedule
- Comfortable safely transporting employees in a shuttle bus
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Must successfully complete applicable pre-employment requirements
