Dick Anderson Construction is seeking an experienced and motivated Project Assistant to join our team in Jackson, WY. This unique position will be a combination of administrative assistant duties and project assistant duties. The job duties of this position include but are not limited to the following: The Administrative Assistant performs routine clerical, secretarial, and administrative work such as answering telephones, receiving the public, providing customer assistance, data processing, and record keeping. In addition to the items listed above, this position would also assist the Project Managers with job start-up tasks such as setting up jobs in company software systems, assigning job numbers to projects, organization of project documents, and other project-related items as needed.
Must have a high school diploma and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Position requires proficient communication, flexibility, ethical conduct, time management, and problem-solving/analysis skills. Must have initiative and be customer/client focused.
