Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-level change activation strategy across transformation programs
- Partner with executive stakeholders to define clear messaging, narratives, and success metrics
- Drive alignment across business, product, and operations teams
- Translate complex initiatives into clear, compelling communication that drives adoption
- Identify and address resistance, influencing decisions at the leadership level
- Shape and oversee communication strategies across multiple stakeholder groups
- Ensure alignment between business objectives, program execution, and user adoption
- Guide cross-functional teams on adoption strategy and organizational readiness
- Define and track success metrics tied to adoption, engagement, and business outcomes
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on organizational dynamics and change risks
Required Experience
- 12 years of experience in transformation, consulting, or change leadership roles
- Proven experience supporting enterprise transformation programs (ERP, CRM, or similar)
- Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment
- Experience working in cross-functional, complex organizational environments
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas into clear messaging
- Demonstrated ability to drive adoption and behavioral change at scale
- Strong executive presence and stakeholder management capabilities
Preferred Background
- Experience in communication-heavy disciplines such as marketing, media, journalism, or product storytelling
- Background in consulting or advisory roles supporting large-scale transformation efforts
Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, or similar ecosy
Salary : $70 - $80
