We are currently hiring a motivated Management Trainee to join our growing sales and marketing team. This full-time, in-person position offers hands-on experience in customer acquisition, sales strategy, and leadership development.
This role begins with direct customer engagement in a retail setting, where you’ll learn the fundamentals of sales and marketing before taking on additional responsibilities in team coordination and campaign support.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers face-to-face to promote client products and services
- Generate new leads and assist with customer enrollment
- Track performance metrics and work toward individual goals
- Support team training and daily operations
- Participate in ongoing leadership development and team meetings
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills
- Professional, reliable, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable working in a retail environment
- Ability to work full-time in Sacramento and surrounding areas
- Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required
