DIBS Beauty is seeking a Senior Designer to help bring the brand to life across every touchpoint.
This role is for a highly creative, detail-obsessed designer with strong taste, sharp instincts, and the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling brand worlds. You’ll play a key role in shaping how DIBS shows up across digital, retail (Ulta Beauty), packaging, social, and campaigns—creating work that feels elevated, culturally relevant, and unmistakably DIBS.
You’ll partner closely with brand marketing, creative, social, product development, and external partners to develop thoughtful, impactful creative that drives consistency, excitement, and brand love across every consumer touchpoint.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Brand & Campaign Design
- Help bring product launches and brand campaigns to life across digital, retail, social, print, and out-of-home channels.
- Translate creative concepts into cohesive 360° visual systems that feel elevated, modern, and ownable to DIBS.
- Design compelling campaign assets that balance strong brand storytelling with performance-minded execution.
- Ensure visual consistency and high creative standards across all brand touchpoints.
Digital & E-Commerce Creative
- Design weekly email campaigns and paid media assets supporting DTC and retail initiatives.
- Create and optimize website creative including homepage banners, landing pages, PDPs, and promotional assets.
- Partner with marketing and growth teams to develop high-performing creative optimized for digital platforms.
Packaging & Retail Design
- Develop primary and secondary packaging artwork for new product launches from concept through production-ready files.
- Design retail creative including endcaps, shelving graphics, merchandising materials, and in-store displays.
- Collaborate closely with product development and production partners to ensure packaging and retail assets are executed seamlessly.
Creative Production & Asset Development
- Retouch and refine photography for campaign materials, presentations, marketing decks, and social content.
- Prepare production-ready files across print, packaging, and retail formats with strong attention to detail.
- Maintain and evolve brand templates, guidelines, and visual systems as the brand continues to scale.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Creative, Brand Marketing, Social, Product Development, and external vendors to execute work efficiently and cohesively.
- Contribute references, inspiration, and creative POVs that elevate the overall brand aesthetic and creative output.
- Balance multiple projects and timelines in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.

- You’re both conceptual and hands-on—equally excited by big campaign ideas and pixel-level refinement.
- You thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments and enjoy building alongside growing brands.
- You’re highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 4 years of graphic design experience within beauty, fashion, lifestyle, consumer goods, or related industries.
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital, retail, packaging, and campaign design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; Figma and Canva experience preferred.
- Experience preparing production-ready files for print, packaging, and retail environments - must have recent experience in visual merchandising.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and brand systems.
- Experience with retouching and asset optimization for digital platforms.
This role is ideal for a designer who wants to help shape the visual future of a fast-growing beauty brand and create work that people want to screenshot, share, and shop. This position is principally remote, with in-office time several days a month.
Compensation range is $115-135K, with bonus eligibility.

Salary : $115,000 - $135,000
