Job Title: Home Maintenance Technician – Luxury Residential (Fairfield County, CT)
About Dibico Home Management
Dibico Home Management is a preventative care company for high-end homes across Fairfield County, CT and Westchester County, NY. We keep our clients' homes on regular maintenance schedules, catching problems early so they never have to deal with emergencies. We're a small, tight team of technicians, and we're growing.
What You'll Do
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance walkthroughs on luxury homes, covering systems like HVAC, plumbing, electrical fixtures, generators, and exteriors
- Handle general repairs and small projects on site
- Spot developing issues early and document them clearly for clients and our office
- Coordinate with and oversee subcontractors when work goes beyond our scope
- Represent Dibico professionally in clients' homes; discretion and respect for their property are everything
What We're Looking For
- 2 years of experience in home maintenance, property management, facilities, or a trade
- Strong general mechanical skills and good troubleshooting instincts
- Clean, professional presence and good communication with homeowners
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Additional certifications are welcomed

Schedule: Monday–Friday, with a rotating on-call schedule
Location: Based in Stamford, CT, with travel to client homes throughout Fairfield County.
Pay: $20.00 - $50.00 per hour
