Role Description
Diaza is seeking an Entry Level Customer Service Representative to join our team on-site in Linden, NJ. This role is a key part of our customer experience team, supporting clubs, coaches, parents, and players throughout their journey with Diaza. You will assist with managing customer inquiries, resolving order-related issues, tracking shipments, and ensuring that every interaction reflects Diaza’s standard of care and professionalism.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about both people and the game of soccer. As an entry-level position, this role offers hands-on experience in customer service while also providing exposure to the fast-paced world of sportswear, operations, and brand culture.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via email, phone, and in-person.
- Assist with order tracking, returns, exchanges, and product questions.
- Support coaches, team managers, and parents with uniform and apparel inquiries.
- Maintain a positive and professional tone in all customer interactions.
- Collaborate with operations, sales, and marketing teams to ensure customer needs are met.
- Help identify and report recurring issues to improve overall customer experience.
- Uphold Diaza’s values of resilience, progression, and community in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual in both English and Spanish.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple inquiries at once.
- Collaborative, team-first attitude.
- Enthusiasm for soccer and knowledge of soccer culture/apparel is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree is a plus.
- Prior customer service experience is helpful but not required — training will be provided.
