What You’ll Do
Prepare, draft, and file affidavits, complaints, motions, judgments, and other legal pleadings.
Examine and redact confidential information (NPPI).
Maintain accurate and current case files and internal/client systems (ICE, Tempo, etc.).
Monitor deadlines, coordinate hearings/mediations, and oversee workflow progress.
Communicate effectively with clients, courts, co-counsel, and attorneys.
Ensure adherence to firm policies, standard procedures, client guidelines, and legal requirements.
Assist attorneys with both administrative and litigation-related responsibilities while maintaining precision and compliance.
Deliver accurate work, meet performance goals, respond to client inquiries, and assist with additional assignments and special projects as needed.
What We’re Looking For
2–4 years of experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal (experience in foreclosure or real estate litigation preferred).
High school diploma required; a college degree is a plus.
Outstanding organizational, multitasking, and critical-thinking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Perfect Practice, Tempo, ICE, or similar systems is advantageous.
Professional, self-motivated, detail-focused, and collaborative.
Ability to succeed in a structured, deadline-oriented environment.
